Advertiser disclosure

BizKindly is paid by advertisers; this affects which options appear and in what order.
BizKindly is a publisher. We are not a lender, broker or adviser: we do not make loans, take applications, negotiate terms or decide whether any company will work with your business. When you open an option you leave BizKindly for that company's own site, and anything you agree to there is between your business and that company. Each company writes its own offer wording and gives its own disclosures, including any your state requires for commercial financing.
How we are paid. Companies pay us through affiliate networks or directly. Most pay when someone we refer submits their details on the company's site; some pay only when a product is opened or funded, or a share of what they earn. Our pay never depends on the terms a company offers you.
Which options appear, and in what order. We show at most six. Each option carries its own rules, set as data, about the purposes, amounts, time in business, revenue, credit estimate, states and industries it is shown for, and an option is shown only when your answers meet all of them. A business that has not started yet, or is under six months old, is shown business cards and our starting-out guides, not loans. Options for what you said you want to explore come first; within that, options are ordered by a priority we set (which can reflect what they pay us) and then by what they have earned per visit. Companies can limit how many people we send them each day.
Merchant cash advances. We do not currently show merchant cash advances or other sales-based financing. A merchant cash advance is not a loan.
In our newsletter and toolkit. An issue may include one featured offer, always labelled Advertiser; the advertiser pays us for it. Some companies in our toolkit categories may pay us if you sign up through a link on our site. Neither is a recommendation.
We do not list every company or every product available. While we are testing, some options are clearly marked SAMPLE: they are placeholders, not real companies.
