Do not sell or share my personal information

Last updated

BizKindly does not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We run no advertising or analytics cookies today.

One flow could be read as sharing under some state laws, so we describe it plainly: when you open a company's option from the browser you used for the matcher, and that company has been set up with us to receive them, your name and email are passed to it so you do not have to retype them. It happens only on your click, only for that company, and never for a link that was forwarded to someone else.

To stop all of this, and anything else we hold, you can delete your data. We will not email you again afterwards.

We honour Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, with no need to ask us. With GPC on, opening a company's option still takes you to that company's site, but we send it none of your personal information: not your name, not your email, nothing else about you. It receives only a reference code it cannot use to identify you, and you type your details there yourself if you choose to.

To ask what we hold about you, or to correct it, write to BizKindly at 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE 19958, US. Your rights, and how we confirm a request, are set out in our privacy policy.
